I am currently in school working towards a specialist degree in School Psychology. My education has given me a broad knowledge of learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, and best practices in education. I also have an extensive knowledge of psychology at the undergraduate and graduate level across multiple domains. I have also worked the past few years in upper elementary and middle school with a student who has a degenerative neuromuscular disease. I have helped tutor him in math, history, language arts, and science, and my knowledge of these subjects as well as my knowledge of learning and developmental disabilities has been used to great effect. I consider myself patient, nurturing, knowledgeable, and competent and would make an excellent tutor for you or your student.
